Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for NMR Racing, the drag racing game developed and published by Unabated Games Ltd.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at contact@unabated-games.com with the subject line "Delete my NMR Racing account".
2. Include your in-game username. If you signed in with Google or another provider, tell us which one, and send the email from the address linked to your account if you can. This helps us verify the account is yours.
3. We will confirm your request by reply, then delete your account. Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we remove:

• your account and sign-in details (username, password, and any linked sign-in provider);
• your player profile;
• your game progress, including vehicles, upgrades, currency, race history and stats.

What may be kept

• Emails you have sent to support, including the deletion request itself, are kept for up to 90 days so we can show the request was handled, then removed.
• Aggregated, anonymous gameplay statistics that do not identify you may be retained. These cannot be linked back to your account.
• Records we are legally required to keep, such as those relating to purchases, are retained for as long as the law requires.
